DoIT Computer Lending Program Request

This form creates a ticket for the DoIT Computer Lending Program and is managed by the Walk-In Help Desk. DoIT offers long-term laptop and hotspot loaners for students enrolled at UW-Madison. Equipment is served on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Walk-In Help Desk. Availability is not guaranteed. Staff/faculty are strongly encouraged to work with local IT on available resources before reaching out to DoIT.

The Walk-In Help Desk is open to rental pick-ups and drop-off by appointment only. For a quicker response to loaner questions feel free to contact the Help Desk's help line at 608-264-HELP (4357). If you are unable to pick up a laptop and would like a laptop shipped to you please provide a shipping address.
