About the Presenter

Ron Yanosky, Director of Higher Education for the Education Advisory Board, is responsible for communicating EAB’s higher education best practices research on topics that include academic program performance, budget models, and campus IT services.

Ron has been a university faculty member, a higher education consultant, and an information technology analyst. Prior to joining EAB, he was a senior fellow and deputy director at the EDUCAUSE Center for Research and Analysis, where he conducted research on higher education issues. He came to EDUCAUSE from the IT research firm Gartner Inc., where he was a principal analyst on the higher education team.

In the 1990s, Ron was an assistant professor of history at Harvard University. He earned his PhD at the University of California, Berkeley.
