After serving as a unique university resource for more than 3 decades, the DoIT Tech Store is closing. Stop into the 1210 W. Dayton Street location (M-F, 9:00am-5:00pm) to get your tech and accessories while supplies last. All remaining inventory is marked down, the Tech Store’s last day of operation will be June 7th. Sales of devices and accessories will stop, but we want to assure you that the high-quality, in-person service and support that you have come to rely on from the DoIT Help Desk will continue at the 1210 W Dayton Street location. Here are some key items to know:
- Walk-in Help Desk support for students will remain unchanged.
- Walk-in Help Desk support for faculty/staff will be available on university-issued devices and university‑licensed applications installed on personal devices.
- Walk-in Help Desk support is available at the 1210 W Dayton Street location during the summer Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
- The other methods for getting support from the Help Desk will remain unchanged.
