University of Wisconsin–Madison
Data Governance

Free sessions: What’s new in Data Governance?

The data we create, collect and use at UW–Madison must be properly secured but still be accessible and shareable among various campus departments to maximize its full value.

Learn how UW–Madison manages data and the ways in which it delivers different data types to its campus users. In partnership with Academic Planning and Institutional Research, the UW–Madison Office of Data Management & Analytics Services will host free sessions in January covering:

  • UW–Madison’s Data Governance program
  • Query Library replacement
  • Interactive Reporting Desktop Tool replacement
  • New tools to better support our institutional data goals

These January sessions will take place on:

  • Jan. 12, 2018: 12 – 1:30 p.m., Room B10, Ingraham Hall
  • Jan. 16, 2018: 9 – 10:30 a.m., Varsity Hall III, Union South
  • Jan. 17, 2018: 2 – 3:30 p.m., Overture Room 241A, Gordon Dining and Event Center
