Reminder: ITIL v4 training classes coming to campus

Through an arrangement with training partner New Horizons of Wisconsin, we’re offering ITIL v4 training on campus.

ITIL, or Information Technology Infrastructure Library, is the industry-standard service-delivery framework embraced by institutions of all types—including educational institutions.

“As we look to mature our service management on campus, ITIL will be the operating framework that helps guide that effort,” says Steve Krogull, Senior IT Learning Consultant at DoIT. “These classes are designed to make it easy for IT professionals across the university to begin working in the ITIL environment.”

Seats are still available for the course leading to ITIL v4 certification. Here are details:

ITIL v4 Foundations

This is a 2-day class leading to ITIL v4 certification. Cost is $1,080 per student. These classes will be offered on-campus and online. Each session lasts 2 days and includes the ITIL Foundations certification test. The content of both sessions is the same.

Tue-Wed, Jun 25-26, 9am-5pm each day

Thu-Fri, Jun 27-28, 9am-5pm each day
