Laura Grady is a User Experience Architect with the University’s Center for User Experience. Passionate and inquisitive advocate for inclusive design, she has spent more than 20 years delivering human-centered experiences through content strategy, UX research and design, service design, and marketing campaigns. She is an unapologetic advocate for accessibility, fostering relationships and partnerships, and supporting a positive and collaborative work environment. Known for developing leadership skills in herself and others, she pursues opportunities to make a difference in the lives of students, parents, faculty, and staff. She enjoys year-round outdoor activities, reading, movies, and board games with her husband and kids. Laura holds bachelors’ degrees from the University of Wisconsin–‍Madison and the University of Wisconsin‑Stevens Point, and a masters-level certificate in user experience from the University of Wisconsin–‍Madison.
