We would like to thank you all for the overwhelming support as we have worked to decommission our retail operations. In fact, the support has been so positive that we have sold most of our inventory and will be ending retail operations on Friday, June 7.
The Walk-in Help Desk has been integrated with the Tech Store service for several years and will continue to provide the exceptional support you have come to expect for our campus IT services. The Walk-in Help Desk is in the same location at 1210 W Dayton St.
Services such as identity proofing, MFA token distribution, and department laptop checkout will continue through the Walk-in Help Desk. We will continue to work through service changes based on recommendations from our advisory committee and will keep campus informed as these services evolve.
