The project team met on November 19th to discuss what has been working with the project, what can be improved, and how we can adjust and plan for new delivery expectations. The overall feedback was very positive from the team, and they have already incorporated the date fields we mentioned in their reporting sheet, to provide better visibility in AP install times. We are still working through some of the suggestions we had at the November 19th meeting, including establishing a 30 minute bi-weekly meeting with Westphal, Field Services and the electric shop to outline and plan the upcoming two weeks of work and to ensure effective communication across the teams.
