Conference highlights

This year’s hybrid conference featured a keynote by CIO Lois Brooks, titled “Change is the only constant.” In her inspiring address, Lois shared valuable insights on:
- Why she embraces change and common reasons for hesitation in others.
- Strategies and tips for navigating change in personal and professional life.
- Guidance on supporting others through transitions.
- Approaches for managing situations when change is beyond one’s control.
Participants attended sessions on a wide array of topics, ranging from AI and digital accessibility to process improvement and cross-campus collaboration. We also celebrated our colleagues with the presentation of the IT Recognition Awards.
