Help plan the next Information & Technology Leadership Conference

The UW–Madison Information & Technology Leadership Conference (I&TLC) is looking for creative, enthusiastic IT professionals to join the 2026 planning committee.

This year’s conference will be on Monday, December 7. We have opportunities open for volunteers of all expertise levels, interests and availability.

Why join the planning committee

Past attendees consistently point to I&TLC’s relevance and quality as what makes the conference worth attending. As a planning committee member, you’ll help build that experience from the ground up.

You’ll meet regularly with peers from across the university, develop new event-planning and leadership skills, and have a direct hand in shaping the sessions, speakers and format that define this year’s conference. It’s a chance to strengthen the UW–Madison IT community while creating the kind of conference you’d want to attend.

Not sure if you’re ready to join?

Bring your questions to an upcoming informational meeting to learn more about the committee and planning process.

I&TLC is only possible because of enthusiastic, creative IT professionals like you. Email itlc@wisc.edu with questions or to talk further. We’re here to help!
