Two finalists have been selected for the Enterprise Technology Services Management (ETSM) director role. All university employees are invited to attend hybrid presentations on Wednesday, Oct. 14 and Friday, Oct. 16.

We are creating a web page with presentation details and links to the Microsoft Teams meetings, and will update this article with a link as soon as it’s live. In the meantime, please review the schedule below and hold the dates on your calendar if you’d like to attend.

Presentation details

We will release candidate names and application materials on Monday, Oct. 12. Feedback forms are due by Friday, Oct. 23 at 11:30 p.m. CDT.

The director will lead the new ETSM department. This department will unify DoIT’s IT Service Management services, projects, tools and frameworks and will be the operational support home for the IT Federation Program.
