Handshake is a career services management system that connects students, employers, and career centers on a single platform. Customized profiles help students identify jobs and internships, connect directly with employers, and learn about career events happening on campus.
Big Interview is a mock interview training tool used by UW–Madison students and staff to prepare for interviews as well as practice and improve interview skills. Big Resume, a feature within Big Interview, provides AI generated feedback to optimize resumes. Instructors can also create and review interview assignments and create customized resume scoring guides and downloadable resume templates for students.
Blue is a digital course evaluation system. It offers a flexible and user-friendly interface for both instructors and students, while also providing insights into teaching and learning at UW–Madison.

1Password is a free-to-use, DoIT supported enterprise password manager that allows faculty, staff, and students to securely store, manage, and share credentials used for university purposes.
Grackle Workspace is a suite of extensions to Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets. When added, each extension automatically checks for accessibility issues and guides users through correcting them.
Microsoft Copilot is a generative artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot that is freely available to all UW–Madison students, faculty and staff.
SharePoint in Microsoft 365 provides the content services for all files in Microsoft 365, including files stored and shared within Teams, Groups, and Outlook. SharePoint manages files (including permissions management), and powers content collaboration across the Microsoft 365 suite of services. SharePoint enables sites, portals, news, pages, lists, and a platform for business apps.
