InfoLabs offer helpful services in preparation for finals

The last few weeks of the semester are always a whirlwind as students write papers, create presentations and study for exams. InfoLabs have an array of services to help you prepare for finals. Learn more about their services below and how they might help if you find yourself in a bind.

  • Your laptop stops working (great timing, right?).
Good news! Students can check out equipment including laptops, cameras, projectors, game systems and more, for class or personal use. Most equipment is available first come, first served, but some equipment can be reserved ahead of time.
  • Your presentation is ready to go but you need to print your notes.
Lab locations also offer scanning, editing and printing resources, including wireless printing!
  • You need a space for a group project meeting.
With numerous locations throughout campus, there’s a variety of spaces to work on a final project or study for an exam. Monitors are also available (on a first come, first served basis) to connect to your laptop. Most locations are open evenings and weekends and many have extended hours during finals, with the College Library location open 24 hours May 3 to 9.
  • You realize you need special software to finish an assignment.
InfoLabs computers have design, spreadsheet, statistical and course-specific software.
