Using resources from the Learning and Talent Development Office and content from Heather Younger’s “The Art of Caring Leadership,” Rich Gassen (Campus Supervisors Network) and Theresa Kim (Learning and Talent Development) will explore practical strategies to build personal resilience and foster it across your team.
This free, 1-hour session is open to all. Employees with direct reports or who serve as team or group leads may find it especially valuable.

ITLD manages MOR leadership training programs for university IT professionals — the IT Leaders Program and Lead From Where You Are. The group also hosts workshops designed to help participants develop and practice key leadership skills. ITLD is part of UW IT Connects.
