Due to a VOIP telephone software upgrade, the DoIT Help Desk will close their phone line (608-264-4357) from 5pm to close (11pm) on Saturday, September 28th. We expect phone lines will re-open on Sunday for normal hours (7am to 11pm). While the phone lines are down, chat, email and portal contact methods will still be available and staffed. See the Get Help from DoIT KnowledgeBase article for a list of Help Desk contact methods.
For issues typically handled by phone due to security concerns, such as netID password resets and Duo assistance, the Help Desk will implement alternative solutions. These requests can be initiated through chat or email during the phone outage.
