Sign up to make new IT connections this summer

Registration is open for Information & Technology Coffee Connections: summer 2024 edition. Sign up by April 19 to be paired with a colleague from UW’s IT community for informal 1-on-1 meetings this summer (coffee optional).

All professional staff in IT and IT-adjacent roles are welcome to join. If you signed up earlier this academic year, you don’t need to do anything—you’re automatically entered.

The pairing process is simple:

  1. Complete the signup form by the April 19 deadline
  2. You’ll be randomly paired with a colleague from the UW IT community
  3. Reach out to schedule your first connection in your own time

You can choose a meeting place or meet virtually with your coffee connection—whatever works for you. You can meet as many times as you like.

“I am very glad to have participated in the I&T Coffee Connections program. I still meet every few months with one of the first people I was matched with. Our shared work experiences made it very easy to find common ground and build our friendship, which I hope never ends.”
Scott Winger, technical integration engineer
