Join us next Wednesday for “Leading Beyond Self-Doubt: A Conversation on Confidence & Growth,” a virtual panel discussion featuring real stories from your IT colleagues about how they’ve navigated self-doubt.

- Time: 11:30am to 12:30pm, followed by open discussion until 1pm
- Hosts: IT Leadership Development, UW IT Mentoring, UW Women in IT
What to expect:
- A panel conversation about personal experiences and reflections
- A live poll to spark insight and connection
- Breakout discussions for reflection and community building
- Open conversation after the session (12:30 to 1pm)
