Self-doubt often shows up when we stretch, grow or step into something new.

Join us next Wednesday for “Leading Beyond Self-Doubt: A Conversation on Confidence & Growth,” a virtual panel discussion featuring real stories from your IT colleagues about how they’ve navigated self-doubt.

  • Date: Wednesday, March 18, 2026
  • Time: 11:30am to 12:30pm, followed by open discussion until 1pm
  • Hosts: IT Leadership Development, UW IT Mentoring, UW Women in IT

What to expect:

  • A panel conversation about personal experiences and reflections
  • A live poll to spark insight and connection
  • Breakout discussions for reflection and community building
  • Open conversation after the session (12:30 to 1pm)
