Zoom recently released Zoom Hub, a central spot for finding, sharing and managing all of your Zoom files and assets, including:
- Meeting recordings
- Summaries
- Whiteboards
- Screen recording clips

- Eliminate app switching: With all of your assets in one place, you no longer have to switch between Zoom and other file storage apps to find and edit content.
- Easier searching: The Hub’s dashboard allows you to organize content into folders for easy searching. You can also add filters to quickly find files.
- Create new assets: Create new clips, whiteboards, etc, directly from the Zoom Hub.
- Quick access to AI Companion meeting summaries: View all AI Companion meeting summaries from Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet meetings.
Get started
To access the Hub…
- First, check that you have Zoom desktop app version 6.5.5 or higher installed. Not sure? Here’s how to check your Zoom version.
- Open the Zoom desktop app
- In the left menu, select Hub
- The Hub will open on the home page
In the Hub, you can…
- View all the assets you own under My Files
- Find assets shared with you under Shared with Me
- Create new whiteboards and clips, and share with colleagues to begin collaborating
- Create folders to organize your assets
