Productivity & Collaborative Solutions service enhancement and work requests
DoIT Productivity & Collaborative Solutions (PCS) provides cloud-based services and specialized software such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Box and Wisc Account Administration to UW–Madison faculty, staff and students. To request a service enhancement or a technical consultation, please use the PCS Work Request Intake Form below.

Complete the PCS work request intake form if your request involves a PCS service and meets one of the following criteria:
- Project or task: The work will likely take more than two hours to complete.
- New integrations: You need a consultation for a new service integration.
- Enhancements: You are requesting a new feature or a change to an existing application.
Contact the DoIT Help Desk
Do not use the intake form for daily operational support, urgent requests or to report an outage. Contact the DoIT Help Desk for:
- General questions: Inquiries about how our services work.
- Troubleshooting: Help fixing a specific bug or technical issue.
- Service outages: Reporting that a service is down or unavailable.
Next steps
Here is what to expect after you submit the form:
- Acknowledgement: A PCS team member will email you to acknowledge your request within five business days.
- Review: We will review your submission and contact you if we have follow-up questions.
- Discovery: For complex requests, we may perform “discovery” to determine if the project is feasible and how much effort it requires.
- Prioritization: Once the scope is clear, we will prioritize the request against our current workload and email you with an estimated timeline.
