Due to changes in how Box cloud storage service licenses their product, UW–Madison will need to make some changes in how we provide the service to campus. What those changes look like has yet to be determined, which is why we need you to tell us how you are currently using Box.
Our primary goal for these sessions is to develop a better understanding of the different ways the Box service is leveraged by campus and to brainstorm creative approaches to addressing our storage growth in light of the changes to the Box licensing terms. At the Box discovery sessions, we will host discussion and collect feedback on what kind of support you need for storage data and how you interact with that data. The task force will include these discussions for consideration in their short and long term recommendations for changes to the service.
Have more than 1TB of data stored in Box? We definitely want to hear more about what you are doing.
Help us out by attending a discovery session!
