The Active Directory Migrations Project Team has been working to help UW–Madison departments migrate to Campus Active Directory. Here are some recent updates and milestones, plus a look ahead at what’s next.
The new MyUW experience will be available to select groups starting in November 2026, with full transition planned for summer 2027.
Graduating in May 2026? Confirm your diploma name in MyUW Student Center before May 10 — and if you’re in the Friday ceremony, record your name pronunciation in NameCoach by May 5.

This major update brings modern drag-and-drop editing to UW–Madison WordPress sites. Available now for new WiscWeb sites, with migration tools coming soon. Current users have until 2026 to transition.
