Keep in mind: You’ll lose access to your netid@wisc.edu email and other Microsoft 365 data 9 months after you leave the university. Take note of things to do to prepare for this change and preserve your data.
Have you checked out the new Teams?
The “classic” version of Microsoft Teams will be retired at the end of March. In April, anyone still using classic Teams will be automatically updated to the new version. Learn more about the change and find out how to give new Teams a try.
New default access settings for Box shared links
Starting Apr 17, when sharing files or folders in Box, the default setting will be set to “Invited people only.” This change will enhance data security.

Did you know UW–Madison has a Doodle license? Log in with your NetID and schedule meetings easily in an ad-free environment. With Doodle, you can poll your meeting participants and find a day and time that works for the majority.

InfoLabs launches 2 new features
Exciting news! Wireless printing is now available across all InfoLab (computer lab) locations. Additionally, students can use the Morphic toolbar on computers and laptops to easily access built-in accessibility and usability features.
New expiration process for Microsoft Teams meeting recordings
Beginning Nov 27, newly-created Microsoft Teams meeting recordings will be available for 30 days and then moved to your recycle bin. Learn more about the expiration policy and how to access the recordings.
