Additionally, based on the insights and feedback of our customers, we have made it easier for you to get tech help right from your computer. Computers supported by DoIT Departmental Support have “IBM BigFix” which allows you to not only contact DoIT when you need help, but also offer a list of software you can install onto your machine. As with many entities across campus, DoIT receives high ticket volume during the start of the fall semester. Please know that DoIT technologists work hard to deliver a high level of service and will prioritize requests appropriately in order to meet service demand.
