Help Desk hours over Thanksgiving recess

The DoIT Help Desk will have reduced hours over the long Thanksgiving recess weekend. Please make note of these changes.

  • The Level 1 Help Desk provides free tech support and troubleshooting help to students, faculty, staff, emeriti and affiliates.
  • The Level 2 Help Desk offers departmental tech support to contract partners (formerly VIPs) on campus.
