- IBM BigFix. Based on the insights and feedback of our customers, we have made it easier for you to get tech help right from your computer. Computers supported by DoIT Departmental Support have BigFix icons (located on your Mac OS desktop toolbar) or (located on your Windows OS system tray) which allow you to:
- Immediately contact DoIT when you need help
- Review, download and install software onto your machine from a provided list.
- Additional self-service tools. Support, software and power management self-service tools can all be found on your machine.

As with many entities across campus, DoIT receives high ticket volume during the start of the fall semester.
