A new Webex service, Webex Events, is coming to the campus community. Webex Events (formerly Socio) is a powerful all-in-one event management platform that enables organizers to create and manage in-person, virtual and hybrid events. This tool effectively replaces Guidebook, which was sunset on April 30 of this year.
Whether you’re organizing a workshop, a conference or a student event, Webex Events offers the tools you need to deliver professional and engaging experiences. Some of the key features include:
- Live streaming your Webex, Zoom or Teams meetings
- Attendee engagement tools
- Event data and analytics
- Event branding and customizable event apps
- Check-in and badge printing
- Speaker/sponsor collaboration
- Event agenda and digital guide
