As another academic year begins, there’s no better time to expand your professional network within the university’s IT community.
Registration is open for I&T Coffee Connections, the simple, no-stress networking program that pairs information technology colleagues for informal chats.
Sign up by Monday, October 14, to be included in our 1st round of pairings for the 2025-26 academic year.

How it works
The process is straightforward and flexible:
- Complete the signup form by the October 14 deadline
- We randomly pair you with an IT colleague from across the university
- You reach out to schedule meetups at your convenience throughout the quarter
You control how, when and where you connect. Meet virtually or grab coffee at a local spot and chat for as long as you like. The conversation topics are up to you—work projects, career goals, weekend plans or anything else that sparks discussion.
If you’ve participated before, you still need to opt in for the new academic year by completing the sign-up form. Once you’re in, I&T Coffee Connections will send you a new coffee partner each quarter for the rest of the academic year.
Open to all IT staff
All university employees in information technology and IT-adjacent roles can participate. Whether you’re new to the university or a longtime staff member, you’ll discover colleagues you might never have met otherwise.
You can sign up any time during the academic year, but our 1st matching round begins in late October. Don’t miss this opportunity to start building new professional relationships right away.
