Help Desk hours & closures for winter break

The DoIT Help Desk will have reduced hours over winter break. Normal Help Desk hours resume Tuesday, January 16. Please make note of these changes—and enjoy your break!

  • The Level 1 Help Desk provides free tech support and troubleshooting help to students, faculty, staff, emeriti and affiliates.
  • The Level 2 Help Desk offers departmental tech support to contract partners (formerly VIPs) on campus.
