AIMS and DoIT unified teams will ultimately work side-by-side to support partners currently using AIMS and DoIT services.
Where will AIMS customers go for support?
AIMS customers should continue to use their current established support channels until they hear differently. Both AIMS and DoIT partners will eventually use the same methods to contact our unified team for support.
