How will this change affect DoIT and AIMS staff?

AIMS and DoIT unified teams will ultimately work side-by-side to support partners currently using AIMS and DoIT services.

Where will AIMS customers go for support?

AIMS customers should continue to use their current established support channels until they hear differently. Both AIMS and DoIT partners will eventually use the same methods to contact our unified team for support.

When will these changes take place?

On or before September 1, 2022, AIMS staff will transition organizationally into their new DoIT groups. Integrating our systems and support processes will take more time. As changes occur in that space we will communicate with our partners.
