Introducing new portal for DoIT-supported departments needing tech help

On April 19, 2023, Administrative Information Management Services (AIMS) and the Division of Information Technology (DoIT) reached a major project milestone, unifying points of contact for all contract partners under the DoIT umbrella. Any staff in a department formerly supported by AIMS or historically supported by DoIT have access to a few new support channels.

We’d especially like you to know about our new online portal! We recommend you bookmark the portal site for future access.

The portal serves as a hub to submit a variety of support requests. To begin, select the tile that fits your needs. Your request will be routed directly to the team who is best suited to help. A picture of the portal is included below.

A screenshot of the contract partner support portal dashboard shows various tiles, each representing a different tool for support.

Additional methods of support

Support channels available to DoIT-supported departments are listed below and can be found in the support options KB article. These updated support channels include a new phone number which bypasses the phone tree and connects you directly with Help Desk Level 2 support.
