The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) is hosting a full-day workshop for UW–Madison IT leaders. Service owners and leaders from both distributed IT and central services teams will come together to discuss topics related to Zero Trust and the Smart Access program.
The workshop aims to:
- Build awareness of the Smart Access Program
- Assess the impact of selecting Microsoft as our primary platform for new centrally supported services
- Identify what the program should consider:
- In the decision-making process
- While testing
- During implementation
- Solicit feedback on how to engage with Campus, IT departments, and staff
- Create a shared understanding of the anticipated impact and department needs
The workshop will be held on Monday, April 14 at the Pyle Center. Registration is open until Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
