ITSM Tool Replacement Project: classifications, teams & stakeholders spreadsheet
As the ITSM Tool Replacement project team continues to build and configure our new WiscIT ITSM tool, Ivanti Neurons, we are now ready to configure our Service Teams, Classifications and Stakeholders. This will ensure that our Help Desk routing and service support information is accurate and we can reliably escalate issues to the appropriate teams and people.
To accomplish this task, we have created a spreadsheet that is pre-populated with service information. By Thursday, May 7, please review all the information listed next to your name or your team’s name and fill in any missing information. If you are not the correct person to be answering these questions, please let us know as soon as possible.
Reviewing and collecting this information is an important milestone for opening access to WiscIT users and letting you explore the tool.
The spreadsheet and detailed instructions for completing it are linked below:
Detailed instructions
Please do not sort the spreadsheet. We recommend using the search/find functionality (ctrl+f) to locate specific data.
The document is formatted into 5 sheets:
- Service and service teams
- Teams without a service
- Team members
- Classifications
- Service Stakeholders
The spreadsheet includes brief instructions for each column/row and and we expect some service teams will be able to review their information and fill in gaps using just those instructions.
We have also provided detailed instructions for each sheet in this Google document.
