The Event Management Service supports and provides access to Accruent’s EMS product.
Accruent EMS is a space management solution for scheduling, managing and reporting on departmental room resources. The EMS product will help your space administrators manage large individual bookings, large meetings, and events.

Terms of use
The EMS service team provides access to a central instance of Accruent EMS, allowing you to manage your own space resources. We will provide support, recommendations and best practices, but are unable to manage your spaces or events on a day-to-day basis.
Pricing
The basic service is funded as a shared cost service with other participating campus departments. Additional fee-based options are available for dedicated support and access to the room sign integration.
