Accruent EMS is a resource management solution for scheduling, managing, and reporting on departmental room resources. The EMS product will help your event planner manage large meetings and events.

The EMS service team provides access to a delegated instance of Accruent EMS to allow you to manage your own space resources; we are unable to provide additional, complementary services such as booking venues, catering or scheduling events. These are the activities that Accruent EMS will help your event planner organize.”
The basic service is funded as a shared cost service with other participating campus departments. Additional fee based options are available for dedicated support and ala cart option such as:
- API access
- Room signage integration
- Academic schedule import
- Event registration
