The KnowledgeBase (KB) empowers you to easily locate technology support and information online. It also allows KnowledgeBase site owners and authors to easily create, categorize, maintain and present that information.
Benefits
- The KnowledgeBase provides 24 x 7 self-support for your computing needs and campus related questions.
- KnowledgeBase site owners can easily share web-based knowledge documents across multiple KB sites.
- The KnowledgeBase can be used to publish information publicly as well as for internal audiences. Internal content is protected behind NetID login and can be made available to the entire campus or restricted to specific groups or individuals.
