OneBadger CRM

OneBadger CRM website goes live

The ability for learners, staff, faculty, and external community partners to interact with each other using accurate, reliable, and timely information has never been more important. One of the best tools available to facilitate this interaction is an enterprise-wide constituent relationship management (CRM) system. The Division of Information Technology, in close collaboration with dozens of units across the campus, has launched the OneBadger CRM initiative to implement that level of system at UW–Madison.

Now the OneBadger CRM team is excited to announce the launch of the OneBadger CRM initiative website! We encourage you to visit the site to learn more about the purpose of CRM and the background of the OneBadger initiative. This currently includes the initiative timeline, the initiative team, and OneBadger partners and adopters.

Large enterprise implementations are always changing and, especially in a time of uncertainty, this endeavor will likely go through many modifications. We encourage you to bookmark the OneBadger site to check back frequently for updates. If you have specific questions or potential use cases for OneBadger CRM, you can reach out to the OneBadger Team by filling out the website’s contact form.

The OneBadger team looks forward to continued collaboration with existing partners and forging of new partnerships as the initiative progresses toward its goal of providing personalized and streamlined communications with all constituents and a 360-degree circle of support for all learners.
