DoIT Help Desk resumes normal hours

Beginning August 24, the Division of Information Technology (DoIT) Help Desk will resume standard operating hours for the fall semester:

General Help Desk

Phones & email

  • 7 days a week: 7am to 11pm

Chat

  • 7 days a week: 8am to 10pm

Onsite Help Desk

  • Computer Sciences, 1210 W Dayton St
  • Mon through Fri: 7:45am to 5pm
  • Sat and Sun: Closed

Labor Day

On Monday, September 1:

  • General Help Desk: open 7am to 6pm for phones, chat and email
  • Onsite Help Desk: closed
  • Contract Partner Support Help Desk: closed

Which Help Desk do you need?

  • The General Help Desk provides free tech support and troubleshooting help to students, faculty, staff, emeriti and affiliates.
  • The Contract Partner Support Help Desk offers departmental tech support to contract partners (formerly VIPs) on campus.
