This year’s conference featured a diverse array of topics, ranging from cybersecurity and cloud computing to professional development and project management. With both in-person and virtual sessions, the conference catered to the needs of the entire IT community.

Keynote speaker Dr. Joe Sanfelippo kicked off the conference with his inspiring “Lead Where You Are” address. Sanfelippo emphasized the importance of recognizing and celebrating the great things happening in our organizations every day. He encouraged attendees to intentionally seek out and acknowledge moments of “awe” and the incredible work being done by colleagues at all levels. He stressed that by creating a culture where everyone’s story has value and by sharing those stories, organizations can change the conversation, build momentum, and create a more positive and supportive environment.
