Engage – Order periods for summer and fall 2025
Each semester, instructors may consider the use of eTexts and publisher digital learning tools in their courses. Engage is the tool we use to manage these enrollments and activations.
The ordering periods for summer and fall 2025 have been set. Please, pass along this information to your instructors.
For summer 2025, orders can be placed January 22 to March 26. For fall 2025, orders run March 19 to May 28.

Learn@UW–Madison will be offering several hours of training and drop-in support throughout next week. This is a great opportunity for instructors and instructional support staff to build upon their knowledge of our 13 centrally supported learning technologies.
