The Center for User Experience provides digital accessibility services to help UW–Madison schools, departments, colleges, and units learn how to make their websites, applications, and digital content usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Requirements
- Access to an instance of the digital resource to be evaluated and representative data to test with.
- Access to the vendor name, product name, and vendor contact information.
- Product VPAT, link to accessibility features and product information.
- Access to the current or prospective Service Owner (name, department, division/school/college, and contact info).
- University use cases and task flows for how the university is using or intends to use the digital resource to be evaluated.
Getting started
Accessibility services on campus:
Consultations: We offer consultation and office hours sessions to help you further understand digital accessibility and how to design accessible experiences
Accessibility guides: Learn more about accessible design and how to create accessible content in the “Make It Accessible” guides.
Digital accessibility evaluations: We provide a high-level review of a digital resource to identify barriers that may prevent users with disabilities from accessing or interacting with it.
Procurement evaluations: We conduct accessibility evaluations of vendor products being considered for procurement by the university.
