Now available – Data@UW: Data Governance and Responsible Use

What types of data do you work with? How do you protect our institution’s data? Whether it’s with student information, connecting remotely to a digital database, or paper copies of HR benefits elections, each of us has a responsibility when maintaining the privacy of institutional data. To educate employees about the types of data they handle and introduce data policies and practices, an employee learning resource is now available: Data@UW – Data Governance and Responsible Use.

This 30-minute, self-paced module will explore the use and protection of institutional data across UW–‍Madison’s worksites.

This employee learning experience is a collaboration between DAPIR and OHR.
