The User Services director leads and manages 4 associate directors, a portfolio manager, nearly 200 professional staff and student employees, and a $20 million annual budget. The director is an innovative, forward-thinking member of the Division of Information Technology executive team, who understands the role that modern IT services can play in furthering the mission of the university and the experience of its students, faculty and staff.
