Beginning June 14, 2025, employees will no longer be able to register for the required training on the Cybersecurity Awareness Training website. The training will re-open in Workday on August 15, 2025.
If you are required to complete this training before August 15, you must do so before it closes on June 14. There will be no opportunity to take the training between June 14 and August 15.
Remember, you are required to take the Cybersecurity Awareness Training annually, every 365 days (or earlier if required by your area). You can find the date of your last Cybersecurity Awareness Training on your employee transcript by following these steps:
To access your employee transcript:
- Go to My Registrations and Learning Transcript web page on the Office of Human Resources website. Select the NetID authentication type to log into the OHR registration system.
- Click on the TRANSCRIPT tab.
- Go to the EVENT column to find Cybersecurity Awareness Training (most recent year).
- Look at the DATE column (one column over to the right)
- You need to complete the training annually
- If you do not see the training listed in the EVENT column, you have not yet registered for the training.
- If you see the training listed as “Complete” in the ATTENDED column, you have satisfied the requirement for that year.
You may want to add a reminder to your calendar to complete the Cybersecurity Awareness Training for the coming year by your next annual due date.
