The DoIT Identity & Access (IAM) team is hiring to fill 2 critical roles providing technical leadership/architectural vision. These opportunities are excellent for individuals looking to move into a leadership role impacting decisions around our identity landscape at UW–Madison and take the next step in their career.
The IAM technical lead is responsible for leading enterprise IAM services so a strong sense of ownership and a desire to learn new tools and technology is crucial. Excellent candidates will have a strong technical acumen, experience with product ownership, managing projects or products, and/or technology along with strong communication skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and managing partner and stakeholder expectations.

The opportunities
- Provisioning and eligibility: This position provides technical leadership and product ownership in provisioning access to services, grouping populations to support appropriate service eligibility, and consulting with partners and IT colleagues to advise on best practices.
- Experiences: This position provides technical leadership and product ownership focus on helping to integrate our existing systems with our new Salesforce identity hub org. The goal of this work is to deliver a personalized profile to improve the experiences of students, faculty, and staff at UW–Madison by giving them more control over their data and experience.
