The registration deadline to attend the 2025 IT Professionals Conference in person is fast approaching! Register by Wednesday, May 14, to join us at the Pyle Center on May 29 and on Zoom May 30. Virtual registration will remain open through the conference.
Hybrid registration Virtual-only registration
Hybrid attendees will receive food and beverages throughout the day on May 29. The $50 in-person registration fee covers venue costs. IT Connects will cover the fee for university IT community members who wish to attend but can’t secure funding from their department. Email itproconf@wisc.edu to inquire.

The 2025 conference will feature a keynote by Chief Information Officer Lois Brooks, where she’ll share lessons learned during her career in the higher education community; the 6th annual IT Recognition Awards presentation; and more than 25 other sessions on various topics, including:
