Beginning January 7, TidyUp will be available in Canvas through the Learn@UW teaching and learning suite of tools.
What is TidyUp?
TidyUp is a file clean up tool integrated in Canvas. Instructors and course designers can use it to scan an entire Canvas course to identify and remove unused files and pages.
How can it help your work?
TidyUp scans your courses and finds files that are not used in the course, meaning that the file is not linked inside of pages or modules.
In addition, using TidyUp with the UDOIT Accessibility Checker can help eliminate extra work. By running TidyUp before UDOIT, you can identify unused files and remove them from the course. Once they are removed, they do not need to be remediated.
