Help more of the IT community connect with mentoring

Mentoring is an important part of how we grow and advance in our roles at UW–Madison. It helps us build relationships, develop new skills and acquire new competencies. Anyone at any stage in their career can benefit from mentoring. Yet, too often, people who want to find or become a mentor just don’t know where to start.

IT Connects wants to make mentoring available and accessible to more of UW–Madison’s IT community, and we need your help to make that happen.

Please take a moment to fill out this simple, 5-question survey to tell what kind of mentoring opportunities will work best for you.

Your responses will help the UW IT Mentoring program plan future events and opportunities that bring the benefits of mentoring to more IT professionals at our university. You do not need to have participated in the program before to take the survey, and filling it out won’t obligate you to participate in future mentoring opportunities.

We will close the survey on Friday, July 21, so don’t delay — take the survey!

If you have questions, suggestions or feedback not covered in the survey, please email the IT Mentoring Steering Committee at uwitmentoring@cio.wisc.edu.
