Beginning Monday, April 20, 2020 all UW–Madison students can download and install Webex Productivity Tools, Webex Desktop App and Webex Teams.

Important notes
- Webex Teams only allows you to connect to people on campus (through Active Directory) or with those outside the UW who have a Webex Teams account. You will be able to search for someone in Webex Teams and call them or receive a call from them (just like a Skype or MS Teams call).
- People who choose to dial in to Webex Meetings may incur long distance phone charges. If you join a meeting through your computer, no long distance charges will be incurred.
