February Topic: From the Notebook to the Cluster
This presentation details a workflow that takes R markdown/quarto document, strips its R code, encapsulates the code and its dependencies into container, and programmatically creates the necessary files to run the container usring CHTC’s resources. If you are a researcher programming in R and you want to use CHTC computing resources, this talk is for you.
