The DoIT Endpoint Management Service is a centrally-funded offering which allows departmental IT administrators to configure, inventory, manage, and secure their unit’s endpoints with HCL BigFix or Omnissa Workspace ONE. Apple School Manager is also available to manage the provisioning process and make app and book purchases for Apple devices.
In addition to providing campus partners with delegated access to these tools, DoIT maintains a comprehensive KnowledgeBase support site, packages or tutorials for deploying common UW–Madison enterprise software titles, and reporting options to meet UW–Madison and Universities of Wisconsin reporting requirements.
